GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

1. Introduction

The Journal of Emerging Technologies and Innovative Research Development (JETIRD) welcomes original research articles, review papers, case studies, and conceptual papers in the fields of management, business studies, multidisciplinary subjects, and allied disciplines. The purpose of these guidelines is to assist prospective authors in preparing manuscripts that meet the journal’s academic, ethical, and formatting standards.

Authors are expected to submit well-structured, original, and plagiarism-free manuscripts that contribute meaningfully to both academic knowledge and practical understanding of the subject. Manuscripts should clearly state the research objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions, supported by appropriate citations and references formatted according to APA style.

2. Guidelines for Manuscripts (Font and Style)

  • File Format: Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point size, with 1.5 line spacing for the main text.
  • Margins: 1-inch margins on all sides.

Headings:

  • Main headings: Bold, 14-point size
  • Sub-headings: Bold, 12-point size
  • References: All in-text citations and references must strictly follow APA style.
  • Tables and Figures: Tables and figures should be embedded within the text, properly numbered, labeled, and referenced.

3. Format for Manuscripts

Each manuscript should be organized into the following sections:

Title Page

  • Title of the manuscript (clear, concise, and informative).
  • Full names of all authors.
  • Designations, institutional affiliations, email IDs, and mobile numbers of all authors.
  • Clearly identify the corresponding author.

Abstract

  • A structured abstract of 150–200 words, summarizing the research objectives, methodology, major findings, and conclusions.

Keywords

  • 4–6 keywords reflecting the core themes of the paper.

Main Text

  • Introduction: Outline the research problem, objectives, and significance of the study.
  • Literature Review: Review relevant literature and identify research gaps addressed by the study.
  • Methodology: Describe the research design, data sources, data collection methods, and analytical techniques.
  • Results: Present research findings clearly, supported by appropriate tables and figures.
  • Discussion: Interpret the results in relation to research objectives and existing literature.
  • Conclusion: Summarize key findings, implications, limitations, and directions for future research.
  • References: List all references cited in the text, formatted strictly according to APA style.

Tables and Figures

  • Tables and figures should be placed within the text close to their first citation.
  • Number sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1).
  • Provide clear, concise, and descriptive titles/captions.

Acknowledgments (if any)

  • Acknowledge individuals, institutions, or organizations that contributed to the research but do not qualify for authorship.

Appendices (if any)

  • Include supplementary material that supports the main content of the manuscript.

4. Peer Review Policy

  • Submission of a manuscript is the sole responsibility of the author(s).
  • JETIRD follows a double-blind peer-review process, ensuring confidentiality of both authors and reviewers.
  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent subject experts.
  • The review process generally takes 4–6 weeks.
  • Based on reviewers’ comments, manuscripts may be accepted, revised, or rejected.
  • Authors must remove all identifying information from the manuscript to ensure anonymity during review.

5. Journal Access Policy

The Journal of Emerging Technologies and Innovative Research Development (JETIRD) is a print-only journal. All published articles are made available exclusively in printed format and distributed to authors, academic institutions, libraries, and individual subscribers.

This print-based access ensures the reliable dissemination of scholarly work among academicians, researchers, students, and professionals, supporting higher education and research development.

6. Processing Fee

Manuscript submission and processing for JETIRD are free of cost. The journal does not charge any submission, processing, or publication fees from authors.

7. Instructions for Paper Submission Procedure

  • Manuscripts should be submitted via email to: jjetird@gmail.com
  • A cover letter must accompany the submission, clearly stating that:
  • The manuscript is original.
  • It has not been published previously.
  • It is not under consideration by any other journal.
  • Manuscripts must be prepared strictly in accordance with the Author Guidelines.
  • Submission of a manuscript implies that the author(s) agree to the journal’s publication policies, including those related to copyright, plagiarism, and publication ethics.
